Shipping and shipping costs

We ship the molds worldwide, in a sturdy box with track and trace number and signature for receipt (not for letterbox packages within The Netherlands).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated for each order based on weight, volume and destination country and are added during checkout, after entering the delivery address. Any applicable import duties, customs clearance costs, or other local taxes at the destination country shall be borne solely by the customer.

It may happen that you want to place another order shortly after a previous order. In that case we will try to combine the shipping of both orders, which can sometimes save shipping costs. We do not guarantee that this will always work, as the possible savings depend on the final weight of the combined shipment, but we do our best and it's always a good idea to contact us beforehand in such a case.
